Reporting content

If you are reporting a mate or a video that breaks the content policy — in particular anything that looks like a real person, or anyone underage — pick Report content above, or write to filthymates_abuse@gardenframe.com. Reports of that kind go to the front of the queue.

Before you write in

  • A render stuck on rendering for over an hour has usually failed — open her page and hit regenerate. A retry after a failure is free.
  • Coins bought but not showing up normally land within a few minutes. If it has been longer than an hour, send us the receipt from the checkout.
  • We cannot recover a mate you deleted. Deletion takes her videos with her and it is not reversible.
