Legal
Content Policy
Last updated 22 July 2026.
Two rules that have no exceptions: nothing involving minors, and nothing depicting a real, identifiable person. Both end an account permanently on first offence. The first is also reported to law enforcement.
1. The basis
Everything on Testmates is generated. No mate is a photograph, no mate is a real person, and no clip depicts a real event. That is what makes the service workable, and it is also what these rules exist to protect.
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everything you generate, upload, name, describe or publish here — including drafts and content you never make public.
2. Minors — zero tolerance
You may not generate, request, attempt to generate, upload or share any content that depicts or appears to depict a person under 18, in any context, sexual or otherwise.
This includes, without exception:
- any mate built to look like a child or adolescent, whatever age you type in;
- prompts, names, descriptions or settings intended to make an adult mate read as younger than 18;
- terms, framing or scenarios associated with childhood — school settings, childlike clothing, toys, or similar;
- attempts to work around the builder's minimum age of 18, or around our filters, by any means.
We do not care what the intent was, and “it is fictional” is not a defence. Generated material of this kind is illegal in the Netherlands and in most other countries.
What happens: the account is closed immediately and permanently, coins are forfeited, the content is preserved as evidence, and the matter is reported to the Dutch authorities and to the relevant international bodies. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and we do not notify the account holder beforehand.
3. Real people
You may not use the service to create the likeness of a real, identifiable person. No celebrities, no public figures, no people you know, no one at all.
- Do not name a mate after a real person in order to invoke their likeness.
- Do not describe a real person's distinguishing features in order to reproduce them.
- Do not present any output as being, or depicting, a real person.
- Do not use output to impersonate, defame, harass or blackmail anyone.
Sexual imagery of a real person made without their consent is abuse, whether or not it is synthetic, and it is a criminal offence in a growing number of countries including the Netherlands. Accounts found doing it are closed permanently.
If you believe a mate on this site resembles you or someone you know, report it and we will take it down while we look.
4. Also prohibited
Beyond the two absolute rules, you may not generate or publish content that:
- depicts non-consensual sexual activity, coercion, or sexual violence;
- depicts incest, or bestiality;
- depicts serious injury, mutilation, torture, death or gore;
- depicts, promotes or trivialises trafficking, or the sexual exploitation of anyone;
- promotes hatred against, or dehumanises, people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity;
- promotes terrorism, extremism or mass violence;
- is unlawful where you are, or where we are;
- infringes someone else's intellectual property;
- is designed to deceive — passing generated material off as authentic footage.
You also may not resell access to the service, scrape it, run automated clients against it, or try to get around filters, rate limits or payment.
5. What is allowed
Within those limits, this is an adult service and adult content between fictional adults is what it is for. You can build the mate you want, dress her how you want, and shoot the clips you want. The builder's minimum age is 18 and it is not adjustable.
Your mates are private to your account by default. Nothing appears on the community pages unless you have brought a mate to life and she has finished rendering.
6. How we enforce this
- Automated screening. Generation requests are screened before they reach the queue. Requests that trip the filters are refused and logged.
- Human review. Flagged accounts and all reports are reviewed by a person.
- Logging. We keep prompts, settings and job records. Deleting a mate does not erase the record of what was requested.
- Repeat-signup prevention. Where we close an account for a serious breach we keep the minimum data needed to stop the same person coming back.
Depending on severity we may refuse a render, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, close it permanently, forfeit coins, or report it. Anything under section 2 goes straight to the last of those.
Coins spent on a request we refuse under this policy are not refunded.
7. Reporting content
If you have seen something on this site that breaks this policy, tell us. Use the support form and pick Report content, or write straight to filthymates_abuse@gardenframe.com.
It helps if you include:
- a link to the mate or the page;
- what is wrong with it;
- if it depicts a real person, your relationship to them — you do not have to identify yourself publicly.
Reports involving minors or a real person's likeness are prioritised and actioned the same day wherever possible. Everything else we aim to resolve within a few working days. You can report anonymously, though we may not be able to update you if you do.
8. Appeals
If we removed something or restricted your account and you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice we sent, or write to support within 30 days. A person who was not involved in the original decision will look at it again, and we will give you a reason for the outcome.
Decisions under section 2 are final and are not appealable.
